Directions for use:

Apply a few drops directly to the scalp, focusing on areas of concern. Gently massage for 3–5 minutes using fingertips to stimulate circulation and enhance absorption. Use daily or 3–4 times per week for best results. May also be used as a hot oil treatment by warming gently and applying to scalp and hair before washing
